We recently visited the New York Botanical Garden to take advantage of the free grounds admission on Wednesday.
The Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden was barely in bloom – just a handful of the dozens of bushes had flowered. So we returned two weeks after our initial visit, and what a difference!

We are Scott and Caroline, 50-somethings who spent the first 20+ years of our adult lives in New York City, working traditional careers and raising 2 kids.
