We recently visited the New York Botanical Garden to take advantage of the free grounds admission on Wednesday.
The Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden was barely in bloom – just a handful of the dozens of bushes had flowered. So we returned two weeks after our initial visit, and what a difference!

We are Scott and Caroline, 50-somethings who spent the first 20+ years of our adult lives in New York City, working traditional careers and raising 2 kids. We left full-time work in our mid-40’s for location-independent, part-time consulting projects and real estate investing, in order to create a more flexible and travel-centric lifestyle.
